“We chose this site three years ago simply because it was one of the cleanest and best maintained caravan parks in Mid Wales. Emily and Richard are very approachable and cannot do enough for you. They are constantly looking at improving facilities without interrupting what is one of the quietist and peaceful sites around. If it’s a relaxing atmosphere with great views and nature in abundance then Clywedog is the place for you”

It is in an idyllic peaceful situation by the river and it is only a short walk into the lovely small town of Llanidloes which has a number of good places to eat and quirky shops to visit. The Elan Valley, Hafren Forest and the coast are an easy drive through beautiful scenery. The site itself is beautifully maintained and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Fabulous place, we love it.

This lovely immaculate site is well placed for enjoying the facilities of Llanidloes where we have made many additional long lasting friendships. You will also find a welcome in the local Golf Club, or enjoy the sailing on Clywedog Reservoir. Do not forget the magnificent and exceptional countryside of the uplands of Wales One could ask for nothing more from this relaxed and beautiful peaceful haven. Enjoy it as much as we have over these long years."

We have had a holiday home at Clywedog since 2016 and we love it here. When we started our search for a holiday home, Clywedog was the first place we looked and nowhere else we saw matched up to it! The park is beautifully kept, with friendly and helpful owners, who are always on hand to help with any problems we might have. The river running through the park is absolutely beautiful and we are lucky enough to have one of the plots next to it. Our dogs love it here and never want to leave when it’s time to go home.

We are just beginning our 2nd year at Clywedog Caravan Park, it is a beautiful site with fantastic views. The amenities are excellent and we would highly recommend the site to anyone thinking of purchasing a caravan and are looking for the perfect site. Emily and Richard who run the site are very friendly along with the staff and nothing is too much trouble. Five star rating.
